Scaffolding Drop Forged Double Coupler:
The drop forged double coupler is a fundamental component in tube and coupler scaffolding, widely used to secure 48.3mm scaffolding tubes at 90 degrees. Known as 90-degree scaffold clamps, right-angle clamps, or fixed scaffolding clamps.
These British-type forged couplers are popular not only in the UK but also in Asia, South Africa, Europe, and beyond.
They feature 1/2" T bolts with 21mm nuts and washers, with T bolts always being Grade 8.8.
Unit Weight: 1 kg, lighter than American and German double clamps.
Surface Finish: Available in electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized.
Standards: Compliant with EN74 and BS1139. Our double couplers are tested to meet EN 74 Class B, a heavy-duty classification in the scaffolding industry. Testing data is available in the following reports.

What is the production time?
Typically, it takes 25-30 days for the first container. Production speeds up after the first shipment once all raw materials are ready. We can arrange partial shipments upon request.

We prefer T/T payments, but L/C at sight is accepted in some regions.

We address all after-sale issues through friendly communication. In case of quantity shortages, please provide detailed certificates within seven days of receiving the goods.
