How does the scaffolding coupler work?

The scaffolding coupler includes: connection cylinder, clamping cylinder, clip tail, clip head, head groove, tail groove, limit chamber, first clip, and second clip. There are three circular arrays connected on the rear end face. The clamping tail is an arc ring structure with an included Angle of 30 degrees and a thickness of 3 mm.

1. The scaffolding coupler’s structure

The scaffolding coupler has three end tags with one header attached. The clip head is an arc ring structure with an Angle of 30 degrees and a thickness of 12 mm. The inner arc of the card head and the inner arc of the card tail coincide. The round end face of the connecting barrel is provided with three head slots with the same shape as the outline of the card head. The side of the head groove is provided with three tail grooves of the same shape as the contour of the card tail. The cavities in the head groove and the tail groove are communicated and the inner arc surface of the head groove and the inner arc surface of the tail groove coincide. A cylindrical cavity is arranged below the connecting cylinder, head groove and tail groove of the scaffold coupler to form a limiting cavity. The cross section diameter of the limiting cavity is larger than the diameter of the outer arc of the head groove.

2. The scaffolding coupler for use

Place the ends of the scaffolding coupler's steel tube into the holder and tighten the three second clamps. This enables the clamp to fix the clamping cylinder on the end of the steel tube when two steel tubes need to be connected. At this time, you can choose two connection barrels at corresponding angles, and insert the clamping end of the tube into the head slot. Then rotate the clamping barrel counterclockwise for 30 degrees so that the tail of the clip is embedded in the tail slot. Place the scaffold coupler's parallel header limit inside the limit chamber. At this point the two steel tubes can be connected using a connecting barrel. At this point, tighten any first clamp on the connecting cylinder to prevent the clamping cylinder from rotating relative to the connecting cylinder, and then connect the steel tubes. During use, the Angle between the scaffolding coupler's steel tubes is difficult to deflect due to the limit of the clamping cylinder, and the end of the steel tube is hidden inside the connection cylinder, which is beautiful without support after the scaffold is assembled. Scaffolding coupler's unique connection between the connection cylinder and the clamping cylinder allows the clamping cylinder to be removed from the connection cylinder by simply loosening the first clamp and rotating the clamping cylinder clockwise, thus facilitating rapid removal of scaffolding.

3. Anti-deflection Aesthetics and Convenience

During use, the Angle between the steel tubes is difficult to deflect due to the limit of the scaffolding coupler's clamping cylinder. The ends of the steel tube are hidden inside the connection barrel. After the scaffold is assembled, there will be no support joints. Scaffolding coupler's unique connection between the holder and the clamping holder allows the holder to be removed from the holder simply by loosening the first clamp and rotating the holder clockwise. In turn, it can help to remove scaffolding quickly.
