With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, we know what is important in every stage of production for scaffolding base jacks.
The compapibility between the nut and the threaded rod or threaded tube decides if the nut can move up and down smoothly.
Electric galvanized surface finish doesn't influence much on the running of the nut, while hot dip galvanized surface finish might do. So a special process will be needed when making hot dip galvanized screw jacks to keep the extra zinc away.
A stopper is always needed on the screw jack. A punching cut or a welding dot will work. Sometimes our clients might require not full threaded jacks, just like what you see in the left video.
